How long have you been in business?
15 years in the self storage industry and much longer in customer service industries such as lodging, campgrounds, restaurants, and recreation.
What is your primary product or service?
We provide storage space for people or businesses and easy ways for them to make the move. We have a large variety of sizes to choose from and sell moving supplies. We are centrally located in the valley with easy access to I-15 and 45th South.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
A friend of ours had a couple of locations and we learned through him a bit about self storage and the need for people to store their belongings. We got this location from him.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have a large variety of sizes and wide aisles for more than one truck to pass another. Our main aisles are over 40' wide. We accept large moving vans, pods, ABF trucks. We have over 40 sizes to choose from so you pay for only the space you need.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We only have one location right now but work with several others to provide better service to our customers.
Provide detailed directions to your location
We are just east of I-15 Freeway, and just north of 45th South. We are South of 39th South and Central and just west of Main Street, trax, and the railroad tracks. We are adjacent to the Flower Patch flower shop and South of the Humane Society on 300 West or Commerce Dr.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept American Express, Master Card and Visa, Discover card, Cash, Online payments, over the phone credit cards, payments from banks, personal checks, E checks, Money orders, Cashiers Checks, Gold, Silver, Platinum, and most precious metals.
Which areas do you service?
We have had tenants from all over the world, but mostly we service the Salt Lake Valley and surrounding areas.
What are your hours of operation?
The office is Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturdays 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The gates are open everyday at 7:00 AM and close at 9:00 PM in the summer and at 7:00 PM in the winter
