How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have always loved food and the public. I worked for McDonald's for 16 years before venturing out on my own.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are a Gourmet Pizza and offer 40 different toppings, and most of our products are made from scratch from receips developed by culinary students. We also offer a wheat crust.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Currently ther are 5 locations and we hope to frachising by 2011.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
Which areas do you service?
The Salt Lake Valley.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
The Owner of the company is very involved in the day to day operations of the business and can be found making pizzas and taking deliveries on a daily basis.
What are your hours of operation?
11:00am to 9:00pm
