My father started the business in 1939.
What is your primary product or service?
Woodworking and construction machinery, power and air tools, accessories, and replacement parts. We are also an authorized service center for the products we sell. Dewalt, Makita, Bosch, Hitachi, Porter-Cable, Powermatic, JET, SawStop, Fein, Festool, Senco, Sioux, Delta, General, Evolution, Milwaukee, Stanley Bostitch, Wilton, Amana, Robert Larson, Shop Fox, Rockwell, and more.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My father started the business as Electric Motor & Supply in 1939. So I grew up working for him and with him all of my life.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our repair technicians have over 100 years of experience collectively. Our sales staff has unique expertise knowledge in our industry and along with our customer service, this is what has kept us in business for so many years.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location and have not plans to expand. I like the feel of a local business that gives 100% instead of spreading myself and my employees to thin. We are all committed to this shop.

I, Steve Neeley, own the company and run the daily operations along with my daughter, Amy, and son, Josh.
What are your hours of operation?
M-F: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sat: 9:00 a.m. to Noon
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
Customer service is my first priority. So someone telling me they were happy with their experience is the best compliment I can ask for.

Our motto here is, "Big Time Experience, Small Town Service".
